Travel
Im willing to travel 20 miles from my base in the lakes. There is an additional mileage charge of 0.50p per mile after this distance.
Payment.
A £100 deposit is required to secure the booking. This deposit is non-refundable but fully redeemable against the balance. Payment for the trial day, less any deposit already paid, is required on the day of the trial. Full payment for the wedding day can be made following the trial day or on the day of the wedding.
Overdue payments may be subject to additional interest charges.
Cancellation
In the super unlikely event I am not able to attend the wedding, I would do my very best to find an artist to replace myself and give you as much warning of this as possible. The deposit would be fully refunded if I cannot find a suited replacement.
If you need to cancel your wedding and have paid a deposit the deposit is sadly non refundable.
3 months before wedding date 50% of total anticipated.
2 months before wedding date 75% of total anticipated.
1 month before wedding date 100% of total anticipated
Wedding date changes
I will try my upmost to accommodate date changes these would be subject to any price increase that has taken effect since quotation.
